Ingredients :
4 eggs, separate the whites from the yolks
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
350-400 g of Greek yogurt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Line a 16-18 cm diameter mold with baking paper.
In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar, baking powder and cornstarch.
Gently incorporate the Greek yogurt into the mixture until you obtain a smooth paste, without mixing too much.
