1 cup milk
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 pack of baking powder
3 tbsp cocoa powder

For the cream:

700 ml milk
2 packs of vanilla flavored pudding powder
1 cup sugar
500 g low-fat quark
3 tbsp rum
125g butter
