Preparation of the Chicken: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

Brown the Chicken: In a large ovenproof skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side, until nicely browned. Remove the chicken and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the chopped garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in the honey, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, rosemary and chicken broth. Stir to combine and simmer gently so the sauce thickens slightly.

Bake: Return the chicken to the pan, coating it well with the sauce. Transfer the pan to the preheated oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked and the sauce is lightly caramelized.

Serve: Serve the chicken hot, drizzled with extra sauce from the pan. Serve with your favorite topping, like rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables.

This dish, with its delicious harmony of honey and mustard, promises to captivate your audience just as much as the “Sweet and savory pork tenderloin with honey and garlic”. Good cooking and good tasting
