1 tbsp seven colours grill seasoning
2 tblpsn Worcestershire sauce
1tsp soy sauce
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1tsp paprika
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp mustard sauce
1 tsp Apple cider
Salt and pepper for seasoning
