Recipe 1: Nut and Seed Biscuits

Ingredients:

Dried apricots

Almonds

Oats

Pumpkin seeds

Sunflower seeds

Sesame seeds

Flaxseeds

Cashews

Pistachios

Walnuts

Honey

Egg white

Salt

Instructions:

Begin by soaking and chopping the apricots.

Mix together the nuts, seeds, apricots, honey, egg white, and salt until well combined.

Shape the mixture into biscuits and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 15-20 minutes.
