15 g (1 tbsp) flour (for yeast)
20 g (1 tbsp + 1 tsp) butter, softened

15 g (1 tbsp) sugar
330g flour
3 g (1/2 tsp) salt
5 g (1 tsp) butter (for greasing)
1 egg yolk (for brushing)
